Energy plant launch
Bringing stakeholders inside the story
Stakeholder site launch

Completing its fifth plant gave enfinium something worth showing off. The launch would bring national and regional stakeholders together to see the facility first-hand, celebrate its delivery and understand the thinking behind it.
There was just one fairly fundamental challenge: the site wasn’t built for events.
A pre-event visit made the answer clear. Rather than move the launch away from the plant, we created the event environment around it. A temporary marquee gave guests a dedicated space for the main programme while keeping the main facility at the heart of the experience.
From there, every detail had to make a working industrial site feel straightforward for guests. We coordinated the four-day build, production, catering, branding and registration, mapped travel plans and arranged shuttle transport for those arriving by train.
The payoff came when delegates stepped beyond the event space. Fully briefed and equipped with PPE, they joined enfinium-led tours to experience the new plant for themselves. The launch achieved high attendance and gave stakeholders a direct view of what enfinium had built, rather than simply hearing about it.
The venue didn’t exist yet.
A site visit showed us the launch needed its own temporary space. So we built one. Right beside the plant, keeping guests comfortable without taking them away from the thing they’d come to see.
